VINYL & PVC FENCING
Vinyl Fence Installation in Atlanta & North Georgia
Low-maintenance vinyl privacy panels that keep their colour through Georgia summers. No staining, no sealing, no annual upkeep.
WHY VINYL
Built for people who never want to touch it again
Vinyl costs more than wood on day one and asks for nothing after that. In a climate that punishes timber with humidity and heat, that trade tends to look better every year.
No staining, ever
Vinyl does not absorb water, so there is nothing to seal and nothing to re-stain. Washing it down once a season is the entire maintenance schedule.
It holds its colour
Modern vinyl carries UV inhibitors and titanium dioxide in the formulation. That is what stops the yellowing that gave older PVC fencing its reputation.
Nothing to rot at the ground
A wood fence dies first where the post meets wet clay. Vinyl has nothing there to rot and nothing for insects to eat, which is why it outlasts wood in Georgia.
STYLES WE BUILD
Six vinyl profiles, and what each one solves

White Privacy Panels
Six-foot tongue-and-groove panels with no gaps. The most requested vinyl fence, and the reason most people call us about vinyl at all.

Privacy with Lattice Top
A solid panel with an open lattice section above it. Keeps the privacy while letting light and air through the top foot.
Semi-Privacy Picket Top
Solid to about shoulder height, then spaced pickets. Reads softer from the street than a full privacy wall.
Gates and Driveway Openings
A vinyl gate needs an aluminium frame inside it to stay square. Without one it sags, and that is the vinyl failure we are most often called to fix.

Stepped Runs on Slopes
Vinyl panels do not rack the way aluminum does. On a falling grade the fence steps down in stages, and where each step lands is a decision worth making on site.

Wood-Grain and Dark Finishes
Vinyl is not only white. Wood-grain textures and dark colours are available, and they take the material from obvious to convincing.
What actually moves the price
Vinyl is quoted by the panel, and the four things below decide how many panels and how much work sits between them. The estimate is free and we measure on site.
Linear feet
We measure the run. Corners, ends and gate openings carry more labour than straight panels and are priced on their own.
Panel style and height
A six-foot solid privacy panel costs more than a four-foot picket. Lattice and picket tops add fabrication.
Gates
Every vinyl gate needs an internal aluminium frame. It is the single most important line item on a vinyl quote and the one cheap installers skip.
Grade and stepping
A level run is straightforward. A slope means stepped panels, more posts and decisions about where each step falls.
Vinyl fence questions we get every week
Does vinyl fencing turn yellow over time?
Older PVC did, and that reputation stuck. Current vinyl is formulated with UV inhibitors and titanium dioxide specifically to resist it, and the products we install carry a manufacturer warranty against discolouration.
Is vinyl strong enough for Georgia storms?
Vinyl flexes rather than snapping, which handles wind well. What matters is post depth and whether the panels are properly seated in the rails. A vinyl fence that fails in a storm almost always failed at the post.
How does the cost compare with wood?
Noticeably more up front, roughly comparable over a fifteen-year window once you count staining, sealing and replacing cupped boards. If you plan to stay in the house, vinyl usually wins on total cost.
Can vinyl follow a sloped yard?
It steps rather than racks. The panels stay rectangular and the fence descends in stages, which looks deliberate when the steps are planned and awkward when they are not. We set that out on site with you.
Can it be painted or changed later?
Practically, no. Paint does not bond well to vinyl and doing it voids most warranties. Choose the colour and profile carefully at the start, because vinyl is a commitment in a way wood is not.
How do I clean it?
A hose, and a soft brush with mild soap for anything stubborn. Mildew in shaded areas is the usual complaint in Georgia and it washes off. No sealing, no staining, no sanding.
